When Bill III graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy in 1988, he returned to the family business and soon assumed the position of Vice President of the company.
In 2005, Bill III became President of Thompson Pharmacy. Bill Jr. transferred to the position of Chairman of the Board where he remains active in the daily working of the company to this day.
